PAWAN Network Operating Centre (NOC) is at State Head Quarter (SNC). All district Headquarters (DNCs) are connected to State Head Quarter using 1 Gbps/100Mbps point to point leased circuits.

Network Management System : At  present,  the  network  management  system (NMS)is at the  SNC, Department Of Governance Reforms Punjab D-241, Mohali .Total network is managed by Network managementSystem (NMS).
